Primary Clinical Applications

Provides extreme angled views in patients with narrow nasal passages or in pediatric cases. Used for frontal sinus examination and surgery when a 4mm scope would be too traumatic or simply won't fit.

Allows visualization of highly angled structures like the frontal recess and sinus in patients with narrow anatomy. Enables complete pediatric sinus surgery with appropriate angled views.

Ideal Procedures

Pediatric frontal sinus procedures; office examination of the frontal recess in patients with narrow passages; revision sinus surgery with stenotic passages; thorough examination in patients who cannot tolerate a 4mm scope.

Special Considerations

Combines the challenges of a smaller diameter (slightly reduced image brightness) with the orientation difficulties of a 70° angle. Requires careful handling due to the combination of thin diameter and complex optics.
