Primary Clinical Applications

Identical optical properties to P417N70 but with critical ergonomic advantages for frontal sinus surgery. The reverse post configuration is particularly valuable when operating in the frontal recess and sinus.

Clinical Advantages

Routes the light cable away from the brow and surgical instruments when the scope is angled upward into the frontal recess. This creates crucial additional space in an already confined working area and reduces cable interference.

Ideal Procedures

Draf II and III frontal sinus procedures; extensive frontal sinus work; cases requiring prolonged 70° visualization with simultaneous instrumentation.

Special Considerations

Many frontal sinus specialists consider a reverse-post 70° scope essential equipment. The ergonomic advantage is most pronounced when the scope must be held at extreme angles for extended periods.
