Primary Clinical Applications

Combines the extreme 70° viewing angle with a panoramic 90° field of view. Particularly valuable in frontal sinus surgery and for final cavity inspections to ensure complete disease removal.

Clinical Advantages

When viewing the frontal sinus, can simultaneously show the anterior table, posterior table, and lateral walls in one image. Significantly improves awareness of surrounding structures during challenging angled work.

Ideal Procedures

Draf II and III frontal sinus procedures; final inspection during FESS; complex frontal recess surgery; situations where seeing adjacent critical structures (like the skull base and orbit) while working at extreme angles is essential.

Special Considerations

The combination of steep angle and wide field can be disorienting for inexperienced users but is extremely valuable for advanced surgeons who are comfortable with 70° visualization. The panoramic view enhances safety by keeping critical structures in view.
