How Prosidio Uses AI
One operating model. Three internal systems.
Operating model

Three internal systems. One operating standard.

Prosidio has encoded commercial execution, quality casework, and operational continuity into internal infrastructure the team uses every day.

AI encoded into the workflows where discipline matters.

Commercial signal and deal workflow

PAIR

Quality casework inside the QMS

CAIRA

Operational continuity over time

PLATO

These systems are used inside live work. The point is not the names. The point is that the workflows are already instrumented.

Step 1: 01
Signal

real inbound work enters a controlled lane

Step 2: 02
Context

records, evidence, and history are pulled in

Step 3: 03
Action

the next move is prepared with boundaries intact

Internal infrastructure

The systems matter because the work already runs through them.

Prosidio did not bolt AI onto the edge of the organization as a novelty layer. PAIR, CAIRA, and PLATO sit inside real workflows where timing, traceability, and context change the quality of the outcome.

Each system is tied to a distinct lane of work, but they share the same posture: live context first, explicit boundaries, and human accountability where consequences are real.

What the section is showing

A company that treats AI as operating infrastructure reads differently from one that treats it like a feature. That is the story here.

Commercial signal and deal workflow

PAIR

PAIR is the internal system Prosidio uses to intake inbound commercial work, pull live deal context, and prepare the next move a rep can actually use.

  • Intake: chat, email, and trusted routed updates enter the same canonical path.
  • Context pull: live deal state is reviewed before any follow-through is drafted.
  • Rep-ready output: the response is useful, editable, and still owned by the rep responsible for the account.
Step 1: 01
Intake

chat, email, and routed updates enter one path

Step 2: 02
Context pull

live deal state is reviewed before drafting

Step 3: 03
Rep-ready

the next move comes back usable and accountable

Quality casework inside the QMS

CAIRA

CAIRA is the internal workflow layer Prosidio uses to intake quality signals, structure evidence, prepare draft artifacts, and preserve a hard draft-versus-publish boundary.

  • Intake: complaint signals and supporting material enter a controlled case path.
  • Evidence packet: OCR, attachments, and supporting records stay tied to the case.
  • Publish boundary: draft preparation moves quickly, but official records still require recorded human approval.

Operational continuity over time

PLATO

PLATO is the internal record layer Prosidio uses to keep purchase orders, serial movement, service state, operator notes, and change history attached to one readable thread.

  • Origin: the thread begins with the order and the first operational touchpoint.
  • State changes: receiving, serial movement, inventory, and service events extend the same record.
  • Continuity: teams read the history directly instead of reconstructing the past from disconnected systems.

Record 1

Order opens the thread

Record 2

Serial and receiving stay attached

Record 3

Service and operator notes extend the record

Record 4

History remains inspectable

Design constraints

The systems were designed around the work, not around the demo.

01 Human accountability stays visible where the outcome is consequential.

02 Each system is tied to a specific operational lane instead of flattening everything into one generic assistant surface.

03 Auditability, receipts, and readable history matter more than theatrical automation.

04 Useful output is grounded in the systems of record the team already works inside.

Operating confidence

The point is not that Prosidio has named AI systems. The point is that the work is already instrumented.

Teams that work with Prosidio work with people who already operate inside these systems every day.
